A Bachelor / master's degree in electrical engineering, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or a related discipline or equivalent experience with demonstrated skill in the disciplines required for the position (which may include background in chemistry and material sciences) 2-3 years' experience in international regulatory/compliance processes & organizations Strong technical knowledge and skills implementing and complying with environmental regulations like REACH, RoHS, WEEE, Battery, and Packaging Directives, TSCA, Prop 65, Stockholm Convention Attention to detail, processes, bias for action, accountability, data collection and analysis, problem solving, judgement and decision-making Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German Demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork skills Project management and presentation skills Pro-active working style with good business acumen
