Owns the mid and long term capacity and supply planning Bachelor's Degree required (Master´s degree preferred) with a focus on Supply Chain Planning and/or Supply Chain Operations Extensive experience in capacity and supply planning in a complex/global organization, including the ability to work with one or more Advanced Planning Systems like RapidResponse Kinaxis, Oracle ERP or SAP Leadership and decision-making skills as well as very good analytical skills Proactive and self-driven work management, effectively handle and prioritize cases Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at different levels and across different teams and countries Fluent English language skills (verbal & written), German is a plus Experience in the Semiconductor / HighTech industry preferred
