Project Manager ASIC Design (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
Responsibility for variants of large complex Digital ASIC projects from design start to manufacturing including package designs and support for test
Work with the team and outsourcing partners (design/IP) and ensure they deliver towards scope and schedule requirements
Collaborate across functions and coordinate with FPGA, hardware, software, and maintenance engineering teams.
Define and execute operational plans and monitor performance-to-plan to ensure the timely achievement of project objectives
Lead and manage a team of up to 8 engineers dedicated to meeting technical goals and schedule and quality commitments
Develop and grow individuals and the team
Qualifikationen:
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Diploma or MS EE with strong background in Digital design
Strong know-how in Digital ASIC design methodologies, devices, and tools
Proven track record of experience in ASIC design, cross functional alignment, basic project management and project management tools in the ASIC environment across functions
Experience in outsourcing ASIC designs and supply chain setup
Strong team working and problem-solving skills, superior communication skills (cross-functional, internal/external, cross-cultural) across hierarchy levels
Strong coordination skills, ability to lead and influence x-functional teams
Self-management with proper priorities
Fluent English language skills (German language skills would be an advantage)
