University degree in electrical engineering with specialization in automation, control or electronics from an accredited university or equivalent training and experience Detailed knowledge of automation and control technologies and solutions specifically Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Supervisory, Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems Knowledge of process plants engineering as well as instrumentation shall be considered beneficial Knowledge of utilities market and other process industries would be an advantage Past experience of generating proposals for industrial solutions and/or working experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Supervisory, Control and Data Acquisition Systems Multiple years of experience in solution and project business especially in growth cycle International work experience and exposure Focused on business results and customer value creation with high level of attention to detail Cross functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence without authority High level of inter-cultural sensitivity with the ability to function well in an extremely international environment Fluent in business English and German. Mastery of additional European Languages especially will be a plus
