Contact Center Manager in Europe (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
Manage Team, provide leadership, guidance, coaching, feedback as well as career planning
Responsible and provide assistance to Advantest customers in areas such as customer service requests, call management, part order fulfillment, trade quoting for services and parts, order management (billing) and dispatching of onsite resources (people and parts).
Drive and responsible for further enhancements and development of used software tools or processes in a global environment
Work closely with FSE Management Team to optimize Contact Center contribution to meet customer needs and business objectives
Audit Compliance - Ensure compliance with all established audit requirements for Call Center processes
Qualifikationen:
Commercial degree / industrial apprenticeship
Management Skills
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office tools
Strong team player and open communicator
Good German and English communication skills (written and verbal)
