Recruiting Specialist (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
This position is limited to a two-year term.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to pre-onboarding.
Identify and engage qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, active sourcing).
Conduct interviews, negotiate offers and collaborate closely with hiring managers and business units.
Close collaboration with staffing agencies; Selection and handling of Vendors
Maintain and develop further the applicant tracking & career system and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
Extend Sourcing channels and work on Employer Branding activities
Qualifikationen:
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruiting, ideally in an international environment.
Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in English and German.
Preferred: Strong knowledge of active sourcing and modern recruiting tools.
